An aqueous suspension with a special composition for preparing glass surfaces. Dissipates salts, oxides, inorganic deposits and organic residues. Restores surfaces with chronic accumulation of pollutants that have penetrated deep into the pores. Disinfects, polishes and eliminates scratches and scrapes. After application, the glass returns to its original state.
[The application of Solarskin ™ [1] is made by spreading the liquid on the PV module using pressure (either manually or mechanically) throughout the surface. After that, the stage of washing and drying follows.]
1. Shake very well before every use. 2. Measure approximately 20 ml with the measuring cup (this quantity is enough for covering the surface of a photovoltaic panel) and spread the liquid on to a soft and damp sponge. Rub (either manually or with polisher) the surface with circular movements by exerting pressure. Continue rubbing until the liquid is spread on the surface evenly. 3. Wipe the surface with a damp, well-wrung cloth until it is completely clean and dry. Alternatively, wash off the surface thoroughly with water and dry it out with a squeegee.
The mixture of solvents activates the glass surfaces before the application of nano-coating. It removes fats and oils that have remained on the surface after the application of the first material, as well as other inorganic residues. After finishing the process, the surface is perfectly prepared for the application of the third substance.
[The application of Solarskin™ [2] is conducted by spraying and spreading over the whole surface with a cloth.]
Spray directly on the glass surface and spread with a dry cloth, preferably microfiber, immediately after each spraying.
Liquid nanotechnology mixture. This step transforms the glass surfaces of the modules in hyper-hydrophobic and easily cleanable or makes them self-cleanable with the assistance of rain. It significantly reduces the difficulty and the time required for the cleaning of the modules. It abolishes the need for using cleaning products. The coating that it forms, withstands to mechanical wears and chemicals, while at the same time increases significantly the strength of the glass. The coating is not altered by solar radiation and is stable to UV.
[The application of Solarskin™ [3] is made in the same way (spraying and plating).]
1. Spray the surface and immediately after each spray spread with a DRY cloth (preferably micro fiber) doing gentle circular movements. Each spray is sufficient for the coating of circular surface diameter 30 to 35 cm. Continue until all the surface of the panel is coated. Preferably, the application can be carried out in the shade or during evening hours. 2. Leave the surface to dry for at least 10 minutes (ideally no more than 45 minutes). 3. Wipe the surface with a damp, well-wrung cloth, avoiding the use of hard tools (brushes, hard sponges, etc.). Rinse the cloth at regular intervals. Continue until the surface is completely clean.
Caution: During the first 24 hours of the application of the coating avoid the use of mechanical and chemical cleaning means.
